Productomschrijving
BMC Teammachine SLR Seven (black/white)

10 Years in the lead
10 years ago, BMC launched a bike that started a revolution in performance bike design and construction. The Teammachine SLR has won every major title a bike can win, including the Monuments of Cycling, World Championships, Olympic Games and the Tour de France.
With the accumulated knowledge from the last decade, they have reshuffled the cards again to develop an all-new, world-class frameset that will lead the field for another 10 years.
Ultimate performance through functional integration
Their engineers have developed the Teammachine SLR according to the principle of ultimate performance through functional integration, resulting in unparalleled aerodynamics.
Accelerated Composites Evolution Technolgie + (ACE+)
ACE+ not only checks countless virtual prototypes against the parameters of stiffness, weight and compliance, but now also includes a fourth key factor, aerodynamics, when creating prototypes.
Integrated Cockpit System (ICS)
Visibly hidden. The technical expertise and aesthetic simplicity of the integrated cockpit is a masterpiece of Swiss engineering and design. Cables and sockets in their place remain out of sight.
D-Shape seatpost
Improved seatpost design, eliminating any excess material, optimising aerodynamics and providing additional compliance.
Bottom bracket and torsional stiffness
Known for their power transfer, the new Teammachine SLR goes one step further with a new downtube shape and optimised carbon layup that provides a wider bottom bracket bearing area.
Fork shape
An aerodynamically reshaped fork with stealth dropouts and integrated thru-axle nut shows that high technical know-how can go hand in hand with beautiful, minimalist aesthetics.
Aerocore design
The Aerocore system consists of two super-light carbon bottle cages that integrate seamlessly into the design of the reshaped down tube and seat tube, resulting in a significant reduction in drag when used with water bottles.
Comfort is speed
The new Teammachine SLR is more compliant than ever thanks to the latest evolution of Tuned Compliance Concept (TCC) technology. Fine-tuning the carbon layup, as well as the flex in the frame and seatpost, improves traction and control, resulting in less muscle fatigue.
